Abstract:
In order to study the effective support method for controlling the large deformation in deep soft rock roadway, taking the track roadway of Zhuji Coal Mine in Huainan as the research object, the characteristic of roadway deformation and failure and its main reason were analyzed, and based on the principle of deep roadway support, two sets of supporting schemes that considering or not considering the bottom support were put forward. By using FLAC
3D numerical simulation software and under different supporting modes, the stress field, displacement field and damaged zone of surrounding rock of roadway were compared and analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that strengthening the bottom support can reduce the stress value in the stress increasing area, reduce the range of disturbance zone of surrounding rock, stress increasing zone and failure zone, effectively control the subsidence of roof surrounding rock and uplift of floor surrounding rock, the effectiveness of bolt-grouting support technology is verified. Field monitoring data show that good supporting effect has been achieved after the implementation of the technology.
