大采高综放窄煤柱回采巷道围岩控制技术及效果分析

Analysis of Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Roadway with Narrow Coal Pillar

  • 摘要: 为了实现塔山煤矿8101大采高综放工作面5101辅运回风巷侧小煤柱的稳定与巷道安全的目的,基于该巷道生产地质条件,利用现有巷道支护理论与围岩控制技术,对5101辅运回风巷采用锚网索加强支护与超前支护,利用顶板钻孔水压致裂方法对基本顶关键岩层进行超前处理,并对小煤柱进行注浆加固处理。实践结果表明,对5101辅运回风巷采取的围岩控制技术取得了较好的支护效果,能够保证8 m窄煤柱的稳定和工作面的安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the stability and roadway safety of 5101 auxiliary transportation return air roadway side of the 8101 fully mechanized coal working face of top coal caving with great mining height in Tashan Coal Mine, based on the production geological conditions of this roadway, the existing theory of roadway support and technology of surrounding rock control were used.The anchor cable was used to strengthen the support and forepole for 5101 auxiliary transportation return air roadway, the key strata of the basic roof were processed by the hydraulic fracturing method of the roof drilling, and the small coal pillar was strengthened by grouting. The results showed that the surrounding rock control technology adopted in the 5101 auxiliary transportation and return air roadway has achieved good support, which can ensure the stability of the 8 m narrow coal pillar and the safe production in the working face.
