含氧煤层气组分分析方法的实验研究

Experimental Research on Compositional Analysis Method for Oxygen-containing Coal-bed Methane

  • 摘要: 煤层气组分分析对煤层气的开采利用十分重要。采用气相色谱法测定煤层气组分的方法,以标准气体进行定性,外标法进行定量,利用单气路双色谱柱的方式,使煤层气样能够在1台色谱仪2根色谱柱上进行分析,实现一次进样分析煤层气的主要组分。针对色谱柱温度、进样温度、载气流速等影响因素,开展了相关的实验研究,同时考察了该测定方法的重复性。研究结果表明,该方法操作方便,结果准确,缩短了分析时间。

     

    Abstract: The compositional analysis of coal-bed methane is very important for its exploitation and utilization. The gas chromatography is used for measuring the compositions of the coal-bed methane, the standard gas is used for its qualitative analysis and the external standard method is used for its quantitative analysis. A gas chromatographic instrument having two columns and a single gas way is used so as that the compositions of the coal-bed methane can be analyzed on its two columns and the analysis of the main compositions of the coal-bed methane can be implemented by one sample injection. Relevant experimental research was carried out according to the influence factors including the chromatographic columm temperature, the injected gas temperature, the carrier gas flowrate and so on and investigation was also made on the repeatability of this measuring method. The research results showed that this method had the advantages of easy operation, accurate result and short analysis time.
