采煤机割煤喷雾降尘技术参数研究及应用

Research and Application of Technical Parameters of Dust Removal by Water Spray during Coal Cutting

  • 摘要: 针对目前喷雾降尘效率不够高的问题,通过对喷雾降尘过程的分析,得出影响喷雾降尘效率的4个重要技术参数,即喷雾流量、喷雾雾粒粒径、喷雾射程、喷雾覆盖面积。采用建模分析、理论研究、实践经验总结等方法,得到喷雾流量、喷雾雾粒粒径、喷雾射程、喷雾覆盖面积的计算关系式或者最佳匹配范围。对王家岭煤矿20106综放工作面喷雾降尘系统参数进行了优化,应用结果表明,采煤机司机处和下风侧10 m处的降尘效率分别达到了97.18%和96.08%。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of low dust removal efficiency by water spray and based on the analysis of the dust removal process by water spray, four important technical parameters that influences the dust removal efficiency by water spray were obtained, including the flow of water spray, spray particle size, spray range and the covered area of spray. Through modeling analysis, theoretical research and the summary of practical experiences, the calculation expression or optimal matching range of the four parameters. Four parameters were applied for the optimization of the spraying dust-removal system in 20106 fully mechanized caving face in Wangjialing Mine, and the application results showed that the dust removal efficiency respectively reached 97.18% and 96.08% at the driver position and 10 m place on the downwind side.
