北庄煤矿瓦斯抽采效果影响因素数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation Analysis of Influencing Factors of Gas Drainage in Beizhuang Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为了分析不同因素对瓦斯抽采效果的影响程度,为合理确定瓦斯抽采方案提供支持,总结归纳了瓦斯抽采效果影响因素。以阳城县北庄煤矿3#煤层瓦斯参数、钻孔参数等井下实测数据为计算基础,建立数学模型,采用计算机数值模拟的方法,对钻孔抽采量与抽采时间、煤层透气性、钻孔间距、钻孔孔径,以及与抽采负压之间的关系进行了研究,结果表明:提高瓦斯抽采量的关键是增加煤层透气性;同时在煤层透气性不变的情况下可采取保证足够抽采时间、增加钻孔密度、适当增大钻孔孔径和提高抽采负压等措施进行瓦斯抽采,以提高瓦斯抽采量,达到预期抽采效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the influence degree of different factors on gas drainage effect,which can help to reasonably determine the gas drainage scheme,the influencing factors of gas drainage efficiency were summarized in this paper.The mathematical model was established on the basis of measured data of the gas parameters and drillhole parameters in 3# coal seam of Beizhuang coal mine in Yangcheng,the relationship between drainage and drainage time,gas permeability of coal seam,drillhole spacing,drillhole aperture and negative pressure of drainage was analyzed by computer numerical simulation.The result showed:the key to increase the gas drainage is to increase the permeability of coal seam;under the condition that the permeability of the coal seam is invariable,measures such as ensuring sufficient drainage time,increasing drilling density,increasing drillhole diameter properly,raising negative pressure of drainage can be adopted in gas drainage to achieve the desired results.
