双预裂孔爆破在高瓦斯低渗透煤层中的应用研究

Study on Application of Double Pre-split Drilling Hole Blasting in Coal Seam with High Content of Gas and Low Permeability

  • 摘要: 以绿塘煤矿601-3工作面开采的6高瓦斯低渗透煤层为研究对象,将双预裂孔爆破技术应用于高瓦斯低渗透煤层,分析了双预裂孔爆破机理,采用数值模拟方法研究了不同预裂孔间距条件下裂纹扩展规律,考察了双预裂孔爆破对单孔瓦斯流量、单孔瓦斯浓度、煤层透气性系数的影响。研究结果表明:双预裂孔爆破区域爆破后与爆破前相比,平均单孔瓦斯纯流量提高了3.25倍,单孔瓦斯浓度提高了2.28倍,煤层透气性系数平均提高2.15倍,有效提高了瓦斯抽采量,加快了工作面生产速度,保障了矿井采掘安全。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes No.6 coal seam with high content of gas and low permeability in 601-3 working face of Lvtang Coal Mine as the research object, the double pre-split blasting technology was applied to the coal seam with high content of gas and low permeability, the double pre-split blasting mechanism was studied, numerical simulation was used to study the law of crack growth under different pre-split spacing conditions, and the influence of double pre-split blasting on single-hole gas flow, single-hole gas concentration and permeability coefficient of coal seam was investigated. The research results show that, compared to before blasting, the average pure flow of single-hole gas increases by 3.25 times, the concentration of single-hole gas increases by 2.28 times, and the permeability coefficient of coal seam increases by 2.15 times on average in double pre-split blasting zone. The amount of gas extraction is effectively increased, the production speed of working face is accelerated, and the safe production of mine excavation is guaranteed.
