煤矿井下瓦斯与水双喷钻孔安全施工技术

Safe Drilling Technique for Boreholes with Both Gas and Water Inrush in Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 淮南矿区二叠系A组煤的开采面临着底板高压灰岩水的威胁,在钻探过程中存在高压水及瓦斯喷孔现象,严重威胁矿井安全生产。设计了一套应对高压水和高压瓦斯的新型孔口防喷抽放装置,并介绍了该装置的原理、结构、操作方法,详细阐述了钻孔的施工工艺及施工安全防范措施。现场应用结果表明,采用该装置及配套的安全施工技术,可实现高压瓦斯和高压水的双防双控及安全带压开采。

     

    Abstract: The mining of coal formation A in the Permian system in Huainan Coal Mining Area is faced with the threat of high pressure limestone water in the floor strata, the high pressure water and gas inrush in the drilling process seriously threatens the safety of mine production. For this purpose, a new gas drainage device against high pressure water and gas inrush was designed, its principle, structure and operation method were described, and the drilling process and protection measures were expounded. The site application results showed that the use of this device and its supporting drilling technique could realize the safe mining of coal formation under the control of high pressure water and gas inrush.
