Abstract:
A single component N
2 was selected in order to study the effect of N
2 on the maximum explosion pressure of CH
4,according to the chemical kinetics principle of CH
4 combustion,the effect of N
2 on the maximum explosive pressure of CH
4 was studied by using 20 L spherical constant volume bomb,a numerical simulation of the mixed gas explosion was carried out by using CHEMKIN simulation soft ware that under the same working conditions,the experimental data were compared with the numerical simulation data and the results showed that near the concentration of the CH
4 explosion,the detonation time increases with the increase of CH
4 concentration; the maximum explosive pressure decreases with the increase of CH
4 concentration near the upper limit of methane explosion,the maximum explosive pressure increases with the increase of CH
4 concentration near the lower limit of methane explosion; the experimental data and simulation data of the maximum explosion have similar change trend, but the numerical deviation is large,and the reason for it was analyzed.
