受限空间N2对CH4最大爆炸压力的影响实验与模拟研究

Influence Experiment and Simulation Study of N2 on the Maximum Explosion Pressure of CH4 in the Limited Space

  • 摘要: 为了研究N2对CH4最大爆炸压力的影响,选取单组分N2,根据CH4燃烧化学动力学原理,利用20 L球形定容弹实验研究了N2对一定浓度的CH4最大爆炸压力的影响;应用CHEMKIN模拟软件,选取相同的工况条件,对混合气体爆炸进行了数值模拟,并将实验数据与数值模拟数据进行对比。研究结果表明:在邻近CH4爆炸界限浓度时,随着CH4浓度的升高,起爆时间也随之增加;在CH4爆炸上限浓度附近,最大爆炸压力随CH4浓度升高而降低,在CH4爆炸下限浓度附近,最大爆炸压力随CH4浓度升高而升高;最大爆炸压力实验数据与数值模拟数据的变化趋势相似,但数值上偏差较大,并对产生偏差的原因进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: A single component N2 was selected in order to study the effect of N2 on the maximum explosion pressure of CH4,according to the chemical kinetics principle of CH4 combustion,the effect of N2 on the maximum explosive pressure of CH4 was studied by using 20 L spherical constant volume bomb,a numerical simulation of the mixed gas explosion was carried out by using CHEMKIN simulation soft ware that under the same working conditions,the experimental data were compared with the numerical simulation data and the results showed that near the concentration of the CH4 explosion,the detonation time increases with the increase of CH4 concentration; the maximum explosive pressure decreases with the increase of CH4 concentration near the upper limit of methane explosion,the maximum explosive pressure increases with the increase of CH4 concentration near the lower limit of methane explosion; the experimental data and simulation data of the maximum explosion have similar change trend, but the numerical deviation is large,and the reason for it was analyzed.
