沿空巷道侧采空区上方基本顶断裂位置研究

Study on Fracture Position of Main Roof above Gob-side Entry

  • 摘要: 以王家岭煤矿N2103工作面地质条件为工程背景,基于弹性地基梁理论建立了基本顶破断力学模型,推导出弯矩的具体表达式。研究结果表明,基本顶内抗拉应力与其对应位置的弯矩大小成正比,最大弯矩处为基本顶破断位置,这与现场钻孔窥视仪勘测结果基本一致。采用该力学模型能够较好地预测沿空巷道侧基本顶的破断位置,进而对沿空巷道煤柱宽度设计提供依据,对类似工程条件的围岩控制具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: By taking the geological conditions of N2103 working face inWangjialing Mine as the engineering background, the mechanical model of the main roof fracture was established based on the theory of the elastic foundation beam, and the specific expression of the bending moment was derived. The research results showed that the tensile stress in the main roof was proportional to the bending moment of its corresponding position, and the place with the maximum bending moment was the fracture position of the main roof, which was basically consistent with the survey results obtained by the field borehole peeping instrument. Using this mechanical model can better predict the fracture position of the main roof above the gob-side entry, and then provide the basis for the safety design of the pillar width of the gob-side entry, so it has a certain guiding significance for the surrounding rock control with the similar engineering conditions.
