晋城矿区地面压裂与井下抽采时空衔接关系研究

Temporal-Spatial Relationship between Ground Fracturing and Underground Gas Extraction in Jincheng Mining Area

  • 摘要: 晋城矿区煤层瓦斯含量高、渗透率低,单一的地面或井下抽采已难以满足矿井安全高效生产的需要,为此开展了“地面压裂+井下抽采”立体抽采模式的探索。为掌握地面与井下瓦斯抽采工程在时空上的合理衔接关系,首先利用离散元软件进行了地面水力压裂数值模拟分析,得到压裂裂缝扩展规律及计算公式,并在赵庄煤矿试验验证了其适用性,为预测压裂影响范围提供了量化方法;通过在赵庄、成庄煤矿的现场试验考察,提出了晋城矿区低透气性煤层地面压裂与井下抽采的合理时空衔接参数。提出合理时空衔接关系量化确定方法,可充分发挥“地面压裂+井下抽采”模式的联合抽采优势,为其在全国同类条件矿区的推广应用提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: The simplex ground or underground gas extraction is difficult to meet the need of safe and efficient production of coal mine, confined to the high gas content and low permeability of coal seam in Jincheng mining area.Therefore, the exploration of "ground fracturing+underground extraction" tridimensional extraction model has been carried out.In order to understand the reasonable connection between ground and underground gas extraction engineering in space and time, the ground fracturing was numerical simulated firstly by discrete element software, the rule and calculation formula of fracture propagation were obtained, and its applicability has been verified by the experiments in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine, which provides a quantitative method for predicting the influence scope of fracturing. Through field test and investigation in Zhaozhuang and Chengzhuang Coal Mines, the reasonable time-space parameters of ground fracturing and underground gas extraction in low permeability coal seam in Jincheng mining area were put forward.The quantitative determination method of reasonable temporal-spatial relationship was proposed, it can give full play to the combined extraction advantages of "ground fracturing+underground extraction" mode and provide technical support for the promotion and application of similar conditions in mining areas across the country.
