超宽综采工作面隐伏陷落柱探测技术研究

Research on Detection Technology of Concealed Collapse Column in Ultra-wide Fully Mechanized Working Face

  • 摘要: 针对宽度超过260 m的超宽工作面内部可能存在的隐伏陷落柱,对工作面的安全回采带来严重影响的问题,首先采用矿井音频电透视技术对工作面顶底板40 m范围内导含水地质构造体进行普查,为探查钻孔提供靶区,然后在疑似陷落柱区域使用矿井高密度电测深法圈定陷落柱范围,为后续治理工作提供精确参考资料。通过对平朔公司井工一矿19108工作面内部隐伏陷落柱构造进行探测,结果表明:这两种组合物探方法能够较准确定位到宽度达300 m工作面内的陷落柱,在成果图中均呈现低阻反映,也说明了综合物探方法是提前探测工作面内部导含水地质构造的有效技术手段。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the potential concealed collapse columns in the ultra-wide working face with a width of more than 260 m will have a serious impact on the safety mining of the working face. Firstly, the technology of mine audio electric penetration was used to conduct a general survey of the water-bearing geological structure within the range of 40 m of the roof and floor in the working face, to provide a target area for exploratory drilling. Then the high-density electrical sounding in mine was used to delineate the range of the collapse column in the area suspected of collapse column, to provide accurate reference for subsequent treatment. The concealed collapse column in 19108 working face of Jinggong No.1 Coal Mine in Pingshuo Company was detected, the results show that the two combined methods can accurately locate the collapsed column in the working face with a width of 300 m, and the low-resistance reaction is shown in the results. It also indicates that the comprehensive geophysical prospecting method is an effective technical way to detect the water-bearing geological structure inside the working face in advance.
