基于FLUENT的井下选矸车间空气流场模拟研究

Numerical Research on Air Flow Field Distribution in Underground Coal Gangue Separation Workshop Based on FLUENT

  • 摘要: 为了确保煤矿井下选矸车间通风可靠和安全运行,利用FLUENT软件对井下选矸车间的风流流场进行了数值模拟,为合理通风提供理论支持。结合常村煤矿井下选矸车间的具体布置,建立三维物理模型,模拟分析了不同风量情况下各地点的风速分布,确定出最低风量要求。通过风流流场分析,找出了相应的微风和涡流区域。根据最低风速要求,采取改变巷道局部设计、增加导风板措施杜绝该区域出现微风和涡流现象,以保障井下安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the reliable ventilation and safe operation of the underground coal gangue separation workshop, numerical simulation was carried out on the air flow field in the underground coal gangue separation workshop by using FLUENT software, which provided a theoretical support for its rational ventilation. A three-dimensional physical model was established according to the layout of the underground coal gangue seperation workshop in Changcun Mine, the air velocity distribution at each location under different air quantity conditions was simulated and analyzed, and the minimum requirement for air quantity was determined. Through the analysis of the air flow field, the corresponding breeze and eddy area was found out. Based on the minimum requirement of air velocity, the breeze and eddy in this area can be completely eradicated by taking the measures such as changing the local design of the roadway and adding the air deflectors, in such a way, the safe production in the mine can be guaranteed.
