半煤岩巷混合粉尘最低着火温度的实验研究

Experimental Research on Minimum Ignition Temperature of Mixed Dust in Coal-rock Roadway

  • 摘要: 为研究半煤岩巷中岩粉含量、水含量与煤岩混合型粉尘云最低着火温度的关系,选取挥发分不同的5种煤样分别配制岩粉含量和水含量不同的混合型粉尘,采用控制变量的方法,利用粉尘云最低着火温度实验装置测定混合粉尘的最低着火温度。实验结果表明,岩粉不单只有抑制爆炸的效果,有时还会促进粉尘爆炸。水分的增加会使混合型粉尘云最低着火温度升高,当水的质量分数高于20%时,水分的增加会使混合型粉尘云最低着火温度大幅提高;挥发分越低的混合粉尘,对岩粉含量和水含量的变化越敏感。在半煤岩巷的生产和掘进过程中,应采用洒水等增加水分的方法,防止粉尘爆炸事故。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the relation of the rock dust content and moisture content in coal-rock roadway with the minimum ignition temperature of the mixed coal-rock dust cloud, five kinds of coal samples with different volatile matter were selected for separately preparing the mixed dust with different rock and moisture content, and the test device of dust cloud minimum ignition temperature and the control variable method were used to measure the minimum ignition temperature of the mixed coal-rock dust cloud. Test results showed that rock dust not only had the effect of suppressing explosion, sometimes would also promote the dust explosion. The increase of moisture content may cause the rise of the minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud, when the mass fraction of water was higher than 20%, the increase of the moisture content may greatly increase the minimum ignition temperature of the mixed dust cloud; the less the volatile matter of the mixed dust, the more sensitive of the mixed rock to the change of rock dust content and moisture content. In the prcess of the production and drivage of the coal-rock roadway, water spraying should be taken for increasing the moisture content of the mixed dust so as to prevent the dust explosion.
