旋风除尘器的冲蚀裂缝对除尘效率影响的研究

The Erosion Crack's Influence on the Efficiency of Separation of Cyclone Separator

  • 摘要: 旋风除尘器在进行气固两相流分离时,固体颗粒会对除尘器产生强烈的冲蚀作用,使用时间过长会产生裂缝。以计算流体力学Fluent 15.0软件为工具,通过数值仿真发现旋风除尘器风流流速和压力的分布规律,研究固体颗粒对旋风除尘器的冲蚀作用,以及冲蚀产生的裂缝对除尘效率的影响。计算结果表明,固体颗粒会对除尘器圆柱桶顶部和圆锥筒底部产生冲蚀作用;当顶部产生裂缝时,除尘效率从最初的92.86%降到71.43%;当底部产生裂缝时,除尘效率会降到63.10%。该模拟结果可为除尘器内部结构的优化提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Solid particles have a strong erosion effect on the cyclone separatorin gas-solid separation, and excessive use of time creates cracks. With the aid of computational fluid dynamics Fluent 15.0 software, the distribution law of velocity and pressure of cyclone separator was found by numerical simulation. The erosion effect of solid particles on cyclone separator, as well as the effect of erosion crack on the efficiency of separation was analyzed. The results showed that the solid particles will corrode the top of the cylinder and the bottom of the cone; when cracks occur at the top, separation efficiency decreased from 92.86% to 71.43%; when cracks occur at the bottom, the separation efficiency dropped to 63.10%.The simulation results provided a basis for the optimization of the interior structure of the cyclone separator.
