深井巷道断层对冲击地压的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence on Deep Rock Roadway Fault to Impact Ground Pressure

  • 摘要: 以星村煤矿3302运输巷掘进工作面为研究背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析的方法,分别模拟了3302运输巷距离断层60、50、40、30、20、10 m时围岩的应力分布情况。通过对距离断层不同位置时的深井巷道围岩应力变化情况进行分析,研究了断层对掘进工作面影响的应力分布规律,从而得出掘进工作面开采时周围煤岩体受断层影响的规律,即距断层越近,应力集中现象越明显,煤岩聚集的弹性能越大,发生冲击地压的危险性就越大。采取相应的卸压措施后,现场监测数据表明,冲击地压防治措施在实际生产过程中具有较好的卸压效果。

     

    Abstract: In view of the working face of 3302 transport slot tunneling in Xing Cun coal mine as the research background,using the analysis method of FLAC3D numerical simulation,the stress distribution of the surrounding rock was simulated respectively when 3302 transport slot distance fault was 60 m,50 m,40 m,30 m,20 m,10 m.Through the analysis of stress variation of deep roadway at different distances from the fault,the stress distribution law of the impact of fault on tunneling working face was studied.In this way,the rule of fault affecting the surrounding coal rock at digging surface mining was obtained,that was,the closer to the fault,the more concentrated the stress concentration,the greater the elasticity of coal rock,the greater the risk of impact.Finally,actual monitoring data indicated that the control measures had a good effect in the actual production process after taking the appropriate pressure relief measures.
