煤矿通风巷道断面风速测定与变化规律研究

Study on Measurement and Change Law of Wind Speed in Cross Section of Coal Mine Ventilation Roadway

  • 摘要: 借助普朗特混合长理论和布辛涅斯克理论对巷道风速场分布规律进行理论分析,得出巷道风流湍流形态下的风速场对数分布公式。利用CFD15超声波测风仪对古城煤矿井下巷道风速进行测试,结果表明:在巷道近似的定常风流运动中,瞬时风速大小表现出典型的脉动特征,平均脉动幅度最高可达到平均风速的67%;用对数分布公式能够比较理想地描述巷道断面风速场的变化规律,1306回风巷测风站试验结果与对数函数相关性高达96%。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the Prandtl turbulent mixing length theory and the Boussinesq theory were used to analyze the distribution law of the wind speed field in the roadway, the logarithmic distribution formula of the wind speed field under the turbulent flow pattern of the roadway was obtained. The wind speed of the roadway in Gucheng Coal Mine was tested by CFD15 ultrasonic wind meter. The results show that the instantaneous wind speed shows typical pulsation characteristics in the steady flow motion of the roadway, and the average pulsation amplitude can be up to 67% of the average wind speed; the logarithmic distribution formula ideally describes the variation law of the wind speed field of the roadway section, the correlation between the test results of the wind measurement station in 1306 return airway and the logarithmic function is as high as 96%.
