工频变压器冲击电流抑制电路的设计

Design of Impulse Current Suppression Circuit for Power Frequency Transformer

  • 摘要: 针对矿用防爆电源箱内R型变压器采用磁路封闭,在上电瞬间励磁电流极大,容易烧毁保险丝,造成电源箱故障的问题,设计了一种工频变压器冲击电流抑制电路,通过改变变压器在上电瞬间的电流通路,降低冲击电流,以避免冲击电流过大烧毁保险丝。实验结果表明,该电路可以有效降低R型变压器在上电瞬间的冲击励磁电流,能够有效避免瞬间励磁电流损坏保险丝,提高了电源箱工作的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the R type transformer used in the explosion proof power box of coal mine with the magnetic circuit closed, the excitation current is very large at the time of power up, which is easy to burn the fuse and cause the power box to fail.An impulse current suppression circuit for power frequency transformer was designed, which can reduce the impulse current by changing the current circuit of the transformer at the moment of power up, so as to avoid excessive impulse current to burn the fuse. Experimental verification showed that the circuit can effectively reduce the impulse current of R type transformer at the moment of power up, effectively avoid the damage of the fuse by the instantaneous excitation current, and improve the reliability of the power box.
