Study on Critical Value of Inspection Index of Gas Pre-drainage Effect in Three-soft Seam in West Henan Coal Field

摘要: 为了确定豫西三软不稳定突出煤层瓦斯区域预抽效果检验指标(p、W)的临界值,通过建立实验室实验系统,构建钻屑瓦斯解吸指标Δh2与瓦斯压力p的对应关系,并基于此对应关系及豫西煤层瓦斯突出及瓦斯动力现象显现区域瓦斯压力p及瓦斯含量W的实测结果,综合确定出煤层瓦斯区域预抽效果检验指标p、W的临界值分别为0.4 MPa、5.0 m3/t,并经过了实际采掘验证。这一临界值与现有的一些规定不尽相同,其研究方法及结果可供具有同类煤层的煤矿借鉴。Abstract: In order to determine the critical value of the inspection index(gas pressure p and gas content W)of regional gas pre-drainage effect in three-soft unstable outburst coal seams in west Henan coal filed,the corresponding relationship between gas desorption index Δh2and gas pressure p was constructed by establishing a laboratory experiment system,based on this relationship and the gas pressure p and gas content W which were measured in the region of gas outburst and gas dynamic phenomena occurrence,it was comprehensively deternimed that the critical value of the inspection index p and W of regional gas pre-drainage effect was respectively 0.4 MPa and 5.0 m3/t,which were then verified by the actual mining.These critical values are different from some existing regulations,and the research method and results can be used for reference to similar coal seams.
