高瓦斯综放采空区瓦斯与火协同防治平衡点研究

Study on the Equilibrium Point of Coordinated Control of Gas and Fire in Fully Mechanized Goaf with High Gas Content

  • 摘要: 为了解决高瓦斯综放采空区瓦斯与火协同防治问题,采用数值模拟的方法,构建采空区上隅角埋管抽采与注氮防灭火条件下的物理模型,引入可以均衡二者矛盾的“平衡点”概念,选取配风量、瓦斯抽采量和注氮量为试验因素,以氧化带最大宽度为试验指标,基于Design Expert软件中的Box-Behnken响应曲面设计,建立3因素3水平试验方案,通过现场观测和FLUENT数值模拟综合确定试验指标的不同取值,建立响应曲面模型,优化得到最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明:模型的P值为0.009 5,二次回归模型显著,失拟项为0.050 1,不显著,回归模型准确可靠;一次项对氧化带最大宽度的影响程度排序为配风量> 瓦斯抽采量> 注氮量,且2个影响因素之间无交互作用。利用该模型计算出亭南煤矿206综放工作面瓦斯与火协同防治的“平衡点”,即配风量为1 168.10 m3/min、瓦斯抽采量为162.94 m3/min、注氮量为800.01 m3/h。模拟结果与现场实测结果基本一致,可以指导类似条件下的矿井实践。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of coordinated prevention and control of gas and fire in fully mechanized goaf with high gas content, by using the method of numerical simulation, a physical model of buried pipe extraction and nitrogen injection to prevent fire in the upper corner of goaf was built. The concept of “equilibrium point”, which can balance the contradiction between the two, was introduced. Air distribution, gas extraction and nitrogen injection were selected as test factors, and the maximum width of oxidation zone was taken as test index, based on the design of Box-Behnken response surface in Design Expert software, an experiment of three factors and three levels was established. Different values of test indexes were determined through field observation and FLUENT numerical simulation, response surface model was established, and optimal process parameters were obtained through optimization. The results show that the P value of the model is 0.009 5, the quadratic regression model is significant, the lack of fit is 0.050 1, not significant, the regression model is accurate and reliable; the influence of the one degree term on the maximum width of the oxidation zone is air distribution quantity > gas extraction volume > nitrogen injection volume, and there is no interaction between the two factors. The model is used to calculate the “equilibrium point” of coordinated prevention and control of gas and fire in 206 fully mechanized working face of Tingnan Coal Mine, that is, air distribution quantity is 1 168.10 m3/min, gas extraction volume is 162.94 m3/min and nitrogen injection volume is 800.01 m3/h, which is consistent with site observation. It can guide mine practice under similar conditions.
