白龙山煤矿一井掘进工作面自动导风风筒的研制及应用效果

Development and Application Effect of Automatic Air Guide Duct Used in Heading Face of Bailongshan Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 掘进工作面因局部通风机故障等原因常造成停风而出现工作面瓦斯积聚和超限问题,为解决这一难题白龙山煤矿一井经过反复摸索、研制加工出掘进工作面自动导风风筒并开展了相关试验,应用结果表明:自动导风风筒有效导风量为正常机械供风量的72.92%,试验工作面最大瓦斯浓度为0.06%;自动导风风筒能及时自动实现负压导风,导风量满足最低供风需求,提高了局部通风安全系数,可防止工作面因停风而发生瓦斯积聚和超限情况。

     

    Abstract: The local ventilator fault in the heading face often causes the gas accumulation and overrun due to ventilation stop. To solve this problem in Bailongshan Mine, an automatic air guide duct used in the heading face was developed through trial and error, relevant test was carried out. The application results showed that the effective air quantity guided by the automatic air guide duct was 72.92% of the normal air quantity supplied by the ventilator, the maximum gas concentration in the test face was 0.06%; the automatic air guide duct can automatically realize the negative pressure air guide, the air quantity guided by it can meet the minimum air supply demand, it improved the safety factor of local ventilation and can prevent the gas accumulation and overrun in the working face due to ventilation stop.
