表面活性剂OP-10在煤层注水中的应用研究

Study on Application of Surfactant OP-10 in Coal Seam Water Injection

  • 摘要: 针对煤层注纯水降尘效率低及复配表面活性剂复杂的问题,选取表面活性剂OP-10作为添加剂,进行煤层注水降尘研究。通过接触角、表面张力测定与傅里叶变换红外光谱等手段,研究不同浓度OP-10对不同变质程度的贫煤、焦煤和长焰煤的润湿特性的影响。研究结果表明:在相同浓度的OP-10作用下,煤样的接触角随其变质程度的增高而先增大后减小;在煤质相同的情况下,OP-10溶液浓度在一定范围内与接触角、表面张力呈负相关关系。在煤层注水应用中,添加体积分数为0.2%的OP-10后,总粉尘降尘率为34.4%~60.8%,平均降尘率为47.6%,降尘效率得到明显提高。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that pure water injection was inefficient in dust reduction and the compound surfactant was complex in coal seam,the surfactant OP-10 was selected as the additive for the study of water injection and dust reduction in coal seam.By means of contact angle,surface tension measurement and Fourier transform infrared spectrum,the influence of different concentration of OP-10 on wettability of lean coal,coking coal and long-flame coal with different metamorphism was studied.The results show that under the same concentration of OP-10,the contact angle of coal sample first increases and then decreases with the increase of metamorphism;when the coal quality is the same,the concentration of OP-10 solution has a negative correlation with contact angle and surface tension in a certain range.In the application of water injection in coal seam,after the OP-10 with the volume fraction of 0.2% is added,the total dust concentration of dust reduction rate is from 34.4% to 60.8%,average dust reduction rate is 47.6%,and the dust reduction efficiency is significantly improved.
