瓦斯抽采钻孔密封用天固封孔材料及工艺应用研究

Research on Tiangu Sealing Material and Sealing Technique for Gas Extraction Borehole

  • 摘要: 针对国投新集刘庄煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔密封效果较差、瓦斯抽采浓度较低及抽采浓度衰减较快等问题,使用天固封孔材料并结合“两堵一注”带压封孔工艺取代聚氨酯吹浆封孔工艺,改善刘庄煤矿瓦斯抽采效果,并将2种封孔工艺进行对比。结果表明:采用天固封孔材料结合“两堵一注”带压封孔工艺因其具有良好的“流固耦合效应”,钻场合抽24 h后的钻孔瓦斯平均浓度为40.51%,明显高于聚氨酯吹浆封孔工艺的钻孔瓦斯平均浓度16.14%,充分证明了改进后的封孔工艺优于聚氨酯吹浆封孔工艺。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as the sealing effect of gas extraction borehole is poor, gas extraction concentration is low, and the extraction concentration decays rapidly in Guotou Xinji Liuzhuang Coal Mine. The gas extraction effect of Liuzhuang Coal Mine was improved by using Tiangu sealing material with the technology of "sealing two sections and grouting in the middle" instead of polyurethane blowing and sealing technology, the two sealing techniques were compared. The results show that because of its good "effect of fluid-solid", when using Tiangu hole-sealing material with "sealing two sections and grouting in the middle" technique, the average concentration of gas drainage after 24 hours is 40.51%, it is significantly higher than that of polyurethane pulping sealing process, which is 16.14%, the result fully proves that the improved sealing process is better than that of polyurethane blowing and sealing technology.
