改善生产工艺降低电源模块故障率

Improving Production Process to Reduce Power Module Failure Rate

  • 摘要: 在电源模块批量化生产初期,由于生产工艺不成熟导致了较高的故障率。针对“无电压输出”和“带载启动异常”两类故障现象,查找出问题根源,通过设计应用电调工装,完善电调、焊接工艺要求,更换灌封材料并在灌封前采取电路防护措施,使电源模块故障率得到大幅度降低,提高了电子产品的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: At the beginning of the mass production of the power modules, the immature production process may lead to a higher failure rate. To counter two failure phenomenons of "no voltage output" and "abnormal load startup", the root causes of the problems was found out, the tooling and fixture for electrical regulation were designed and applied, the electrical regulation and welding process requirements were pefected, changing the encapsulating material and taking the circuit protective measures before encapsulating greatly reduced the failure rate of the power modules and improved the reliability of electronic products.
