大采高煤层综采工作面采空区自燃“三带”立体分布规律研究

Study on Stereoscopic Distribution Law of Spontaneous Combustion “Three-zone” in Goaf of Fully Mechanized Working Face with Large Mining Height

  • 摘要: 为了探索大采高煤层综采工作面采空区自燃“三带”在不同高度下的分布规律,以马泰壕煤矿3102综采工作面为研究对象,构建了工作面采空区自燃“三带”立体取样分析系统。通过分析氧气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等煤自燃指标气体变化规律,对采空区不同高度下自燃危险性区域进行了划分。通过建立数值模型,利用数值模拟软件进行验证,确定了采空区立体自燃危险性区域。研究结果表明:大采高煤层综采工作面采空区“自燃带”沿垂直高度上逐渐变宽,自燃危险性区域变大。在采取注氮、注浆、注三相泡沫等防灭火措施时,应提高灌注高度、扩大灌注范围。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the distribution law of spontaneous combustion “three-zone” in goaf at different heights in fully mechanized working face with large mining height, taking 3102 fully mechanized working face of Mataihao Coal Mine as the research object, a stereoscopic sampling and analysis system of spontaneous combustion “three-zone” in goaf of the working face was constructed. By analyzing the gas change rule of indexes of coal spontaneous combustion, such as oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc., the spontaneous combustion hazardous areas at different heights of goaf were divided. The hazardous area of stereoscopic spontaneous combustion is determined by establishing a numerical model and using numerical simulation software. The results show that the “spontaneous combustion zone” of fully mechanized working face with large mining height gradually widens along the vertical height, and the spontaneous combustion hazardous area becomes larger. When taking fire prevention measures, such as nitrogen injection, grouting and three-phase foam injection, the height and scope of perfusion should be increased.
