基于属性数学理论的煤矿应急预案评估研究

Research on Evaluation of Coal Mine Emergency Plan based on Attribute Mathematical Theory

  • 摘要: 结合煤矿实际情况和煤矿应急预案评估要求,建立煤矿应急预案评估体系。基于属性数学区间识别理论建立评估体系模型与分级的属性识别模型,对应急预案中二级指标应急组织机构及职责中的3个次级指标进行评估分析。通过确定矿井应急预案评估指标与分级标准,给出矿井应急预案评估的属性空间矩阵;采用层次分析法(AHP)计算各判别指标的权重,通过构造属性测度函数来计算单指标属性测度,将单指标属性测度转化成综合属性测度;利用置信度识别准则对应急预案评估体系进行属性识别。实例分析结果表明,属性数学理论应用于煤矿应急预案评估是可行有效的。

     

    Abstract: According to the actual situation of coal mine and the requirements of coal mine emergency plan evaluation, the evaluation system of coal mine emergency plan was established. Based on the interval recognition theory of attribute mathematics, the evaluation model of the evaluation system and the attribute recognition model of classification were established, and three subordinate indexes in secondary indicators of emergency organizations and responsibilities in the emergency plan were evaluated and analyzed. The attribute space matrix of mine emergency plan evaluation was given by determining the evaluation index and classification standard of mine emergency plan; Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was used to calculate the weight of each discriminant index, and the attribute measure function was constructed to calculate the single attribute measure, which was transformed into the comprehensive attribute measure; attribute identification of emergency plan evaluation system was carried out by using confidence recognition criterion. The result of case analysis shows that the mathematical theory of attributes is feasible and effective for coal mine emergency plan evaluation.
