中国煤矿粉尘危害防治技术现状及发展方向

Technical Status and Development Direction of Coal Mine Dust Hazard Prevention and Control Technology in China

  • 摘要: 分析了我国煤炭行业尘肺病的现状及其产生原因;从煤矿防降尘用水水质保障成套技术及装备、采煤工作面综合防尘技术、掘进工作面综合防尘技术、锚喷工作面综合防尘成套技术及装备、个体防护技术、煤矿粉尘检测技术及装备等7个方面,综合介绍了目前我国煤矿粉尘防治技术的现状及应用效果,提出了解决综采和综掘工作面粉尘问题的有效措施。分析表明,采用综合防尘技术措施后,可以将我国部分综采、综掘工作面的呼吸性粉尘时间加权平均质量浓度降低到2016年版《煤矿安全规程》的限值以下。阐述了目前我国煤矿粉尘危害防治技术及装备存在的主要问题,指出了我国煤矿粉尘危害防治技术研究的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzed the present situation and causes of pneumoconiosis in coal industry in China; the current status and application effect of coal mine dust control technology in China were comprehensively introduced from 7 aspects, such as the coal mine anti-dusting water quality guarantee technology and equipment, the comprehensive dust-proof technology in coal mining face, the comprehensive dust-proof technology in tunneling face, the comprehensive dust-proof technology and equipment in bolt-spraying face, the personal protection technology, the technology and equipment of coal mine dust detection, and the effective measures to solve the problem of flour dust in comprehensive mining and comprehensive excavation work were put forward. The analysis shows that after adopting comprehensive dust-proof technical measures, the time-weighted average mass concentration of respirable dust in some fully mechanized mining and fully mechanized excavation working faces in China can be reduced to the limit of the 2016 edition of "Safety Regulation for Coal Mines". The main problems in the prevention and control technology and equipment of coal mine dust hazard in China were expounded, and the development direction of coal mine dust hazard prevention technology research in China was pointed out.
