顺层长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯区域防突技术在火烧铺煤矿的应用

Application of Regional Outburst Prevention Technology of Gas Pre-extraction by Long Borehole along Coal Seam in Huoshaopu Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对贵州火烧铺煤矿3#煤层瓦斯抽采效果不佳、抽采时间较长等问题,结合以往的瓦斯治理技术经验,对火烧铺煤矿2632首采工作面实施顺层长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯区域防突措施。介绍了顺层长钻孔的设计及施工情况,以及封孔工艺,应用结果表明:实施顺层长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯区域防突措施后,2632首采工作面顺层长钻孔抽采区域的主管瓦斯抽采浓度、抽采纯流量提高了1倍多,煤层残存瓦斯含量和钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1值均小于规定的临界指标值,并且节约了生产成本,实现了工作面的安全高效开采。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as the poor gas extraction effect and long extraction time exist in No. 3 coal seam in Guizhou Huoshaopu Coal Mine,combined with the previous experience of gas control technology, the regional outburst prevention of gas pre-extraction by long borehole along coal seam in 2632 first mining face of Huoshaopu Coal Mine was implemented. This paper introduced the design and construction of bedding long borehole, as well as the sealing technology. The research results show that since the regional outburst prevention measures of gas pre-extraction by long boreholes along coal seam is taken,the concentration and purity of gas drainage by long borehole in the working face have been increased by more than 1 times, both the residual gas content in coal seam and K1 value, which is index of the drilling cuttings gas desorption are less than the specified critical index value. It also saves the production cost and realizes safe and efficient mining in the working face.
