FTA-LEM危险源评价方法的研究

Research on FTA-LEM Hazards Evaluation Method

  • 摘要: 为了将FTA评价方法和LEC评价方法各自优点进行相互优化,对这两种评价方法进行了分析研究,提出了FTA-LEM评价方法。首先对LEC评价方法进行改进,将危险严重程度(C)改为控制措施状态(M),提出LEM评价方法及各自变量和危险性(D)的分值;其次阐述了危险源的确定及危险性分值归一化处理的具体方法;然后通过FTA定量分析中临界重要度的计算来对危险性分值进行优化,提出优化后危险性分值的归一化处理方法,并列出了FTA-LEM评价方法步骤。以矿井通风系统“通风不良”为例,应用FTA-LEM评价方法对“通风不良”事故中各个危险源的危险性分值进行了评价计算,评价结果可为矿井通风安全管理提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to optimize the advantages of FTA evaluation method and LEC evaluation method, the two evaluation methods were analyzed and studied, and the FTA-LEM evaluation method was proposed. Firstly, the LEC evaluation method was improved, and the risk severity (C) was changed to control measures (M), LEM evaluation method was proposed and the respective variables and the score of risk (D) were presented. Secondly, the identification of risk source and the specific method of normalization of risk score were expounded. Then the risk score was optimized by calculating the critical importance in the quantitative analysis of FTA.The normalization method of risk score after optimization was proposed, and the steps of the FTA-LEM evaluation method were listed.Taking the poor ventilation of coal mine ventilation system as an example, by using the FTA- LEM evaluation method, the risk score of each hazard source in the poor ventilation accident was evaluated and calculated, the evaluation results can provide theoretical basis for safety management of ventilation in coal mines.
