矿井湿空气热湿参数的计算方法研究

Research on Calculation Method for Hot-moist Parameters of Mine Moist Air

  • 摘要: 为了减小矿井湿空气热湿参数计算误差,通过系统梳理热湿参数计算方法,考虑矿井湿空气温度、湿度、压力随开采深度增加而增大的特点,制作具有普遍适用性的湿空气不同大气压温湿图。分析了矿井湿空气热湿参数受空气温度、湿度、压力的影响情况,提出实际计算时应避免使用通用参数计算所引起的误差,如忽略空气压力在不同深度的变化,将会产生含湿量与比焓计算的较大误差。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the calculation errors of the hot-moist parameters of the mine moist air,an atmospheric humidity map with universal applicability for wet air at different atmospheric pressures was made by systematically combing the calculation methods of hot-moist parameters and considering the characteristics of the increase of the temperature,humidity and pressure of the mine wet air with the increase of mining depth.This paper analyzed the influence of the change of the temperature,humidity and pressure of the mine moist air on its hot-moist parameters.it pointed out that the errors caused by the calculation of the general parameters should be avoided,and if the change of air pressure in different mining depths was neglected,the error of the moisture content would be larger than that of the enthalpy calculation.
