表面活性剂复配对煤尘润湿性能的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Compound Surfactant on Coal Dust Wettability

  • 摘要: 为解决井下煤尘不易被水润湿的问题,选取表面活性剂进行复配,加入水中制成复配溶液,用以改善水对煤尘的润湿性能。对22种不同类型的表面活性剂进行煤尘沉降实验,优选出5种表面活性剂,并将优选出的表面活性剂进行等比例复配,得到9种表面活性剂复配溶液。对表面活性剂复配溶液再次进行煤尘沉降实验,结果表明:在复配剂质量分数为0.20%~0.60%时,快渗T和SAS-60的复配溶液比SAS-60单体溶液对煤尘具有更好的润湿效果;在复配剂质量分数为0.30%~0.50%时,OA-12 和Lutensol XP-90的复配溶液比2种表面活性剂单种溶液对煤尘具有更好的润湿效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that coal dust is not easily wetted by water, surfactant is selected to be compounded and added into water to make a compound solution, so as to improve the wettability of water to coal dust. Five kinds of surfactants were selected through the experiments of coal dust sedimentation with twenty-two different types of surfactants, and nine kinds of surfactant compounding solutions were obtained by the equal dose compounding of the optimal surfactants, the experiment of coal dust sedimentation was carried out on the surfactant compound solution again. The experimental results show that, when the mass fraction of the mixture is from 0.20% to 0.60%, the compound solution of Rapid Panetrant T and SAS-60 has better wetting effect on coal dust than SAS-60 solution; when the mass fraction of the mixture is from 0.30% to 0.50%, the compound solution of OA-12 and Lutensol XP-90 has better wetting effect on coal dust than that of two single surfactant solution.
