低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化后的热量调配方法探讨

Discussion on Heat Distribution Methods after Regenerative Oxidation of Low-concentration Gas

  • 摘要: 以煤矿瓦斯气源条件及实际的冷、热及电负荷为基础,设计了一套瓦斯蓄热氧化冷热电联供的系统工艺流程。根据煤矿的供热需求,将全年划分为防冻、供暖、高冷、低冷4个供能期,并根据不同供能期的具体供能特点,按照热能品位由低至高的利用原则,对低浓度瓦斯氧化后蒸汽热能及其他余热热能进行统筹分配,用于制冷、供暖、洗浴和发电等。对该调配方法应用后的实际效果进行了评价,同时对该技术的应用前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Based on the conditions of the low-concentration coal mine methane and the actual load of the cooling, heating and electrical power, a set of technological process for the combined supply of the cooling, heating and electric power with the regenerative oxidation of the low-concentration coal mine methane was designed, for this purpose, a year was divided into four energy supply periods of anti-freezing, heating, high cooling and low cooling, and according to the energy supply characteristics in different period and the utilization principles of the heat energy from low to high grade, overall distribution was made on the steam heat energy and other heat energies after the oxidation of the low-concentration methane, they were used for cooling, heating, bath, power generation and so on. The actual effect of this distribution method after its use was evaluated, and at the same time, the application prospect of this technology was discussed.
