基于Ventsim模型的矿井单翼通风系统优化研究

Optimization of Mine Single-wing Ventilation System based on Ventsim

  • 摘要: 针对矿井单翼通风系统风流路线过长、通风阻力偏大、风量集中等问题,根据文献资料和现场调研,分析了单翼通风系统的形成原因并发现其存在的共性问题。以山东郓城煤矿为实例,运用Ventsim矿井三维仿真系统构建矿井单翼通风系统的三维仿真模型,将矿井通风实测数据代入已经建立好的模型进行验证,对郓城煤矿单翼通风系统进行优化处理,最终得到对原通风总阻力、回风巷道和回风石门巷道风速的优化结果。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as excessively long air flow path, large ventilation resistance and concentration of air volume in the mine single-wing ventilation system, according to the literature and field investigation, the formation reason of the single-wing ventilation system was analyzed and the common problems were found. Taking Yuncheng Coal Mine in Shandong Province as an example, the Ventsim mine 3D simulation system was used to build the 3D simulation model of the mine single-wing ventilation system, and the measured data of mine ventilation was substituted into the established model for verification, by optimizing the single-wing ventilation system of Yuncheng Coal Mine, the optimized results of total ventilation resistance, wind speed of return air roadway and return wind doorway were obtained.
