矿工职业倦怠与安全绩效的影响机理模型

Influencing Mechanism Model of Miners’ Job Burnout and Safety Performance

  • 摘要: 为了研究矿工职业倦怠、自我效能感与安全绩效之间的关系,采用基于结构方程模型的方法,构建在自我效能感的调节作用下矿工职业倦怠与安全绩效的作用模型。通过对煤矿企业进行问卷调查,分别从情绪耗竭、去人性化和个人成就感3个维度分析了职业倦怠在自我效能感的调节作用下对矿工安全绩效的影响。结果表明:矿工情绪耗竭与不安全行为、去人性化与不安全行为均呈正相关关系;个人成就感与不安全行为呈负相关关系;不安全行为是职业倦怠与安全绩效的部分中介变量;自我效能感在职业倦怠与不安全行为之间起调节作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the relationship between miners’ job burnout,self-efficacy and safety performance,based on the method of structural equation model,a model of miners’ job burnout and safety performance under the regulation of self-efficacy was constructed.Through a questionnaire survey of coal mining enterprises,the effects of job burnout on miners’ safety performance were analyzed from three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and personal accomplishment.The results show that the emotional exhaustion of miners and dehumanization are both positively correlated with unsafe behaviour;personal accomplishment is negative correlated with unsafe behaviour;unsafe behaviour is a partly intervening variable between job burnout and safety performance;self-efficacy plays a moderating role between job burnout and unsafe behaviour.
