基于合理采掘部署的突出煤层群开采区域防突措施

Regional Outburst Prevention Measures for Outburst Coal Seams Group Mining Based on Rational Mining Deployment

  • 摘要: 贵州西部煤矿区属突出煤层群开采,采掘部署不合理、采掘接替失调是实现安全高效生产的核心难题,尚未得到有效解决。以水城矿区玉舍中井为例,通过对煤层瓦斯赋存、保护层开采、采掘部署等进行深入分析,建立了保护层多重叠加采动影响的区域防突措施。并对矿井采掘部署进行调整,提出采面接替和达产五年规划,为矿井解决上述问题提供了切实可行的技术途径,可为实现矿井安全高效生产和可持续发展奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: The coal mining areas in west Guizhou belong to the mining of coal seams group, the unreasonable mining deployment and imbalanced mining-development replacement are the core problems for the safe and efficient production of the mines, and these problems have not been solved effectively. In this paper, the regional outburst prevention measures by the superposition mining influence of the protective seams was established by taking Yushe Mine of Shuicheng Coal Mining Area as an example and through the deep analysis of the coal-seam gas occurrence, the mining of protective seams and the mining-development deployment. Meanwhile, a five-year plan for the the replacement and the designed capacity achievement of the working faces was proposed, this thus provided a feasible technical approach for solving above-mentioned problems, which laid a foundation for the safe and efficient production and sustainable development of the mines.
