常村煤矿石门揭煤过程中突出煤层围岩力学响应模拟研究

Simulation Study on Mechanical Response of Surrounding Rock inRock Cross-cut Uncovering in Changcun Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 以常村煤矿3号煤层为研究对象,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对该矿3号煤层石门揭煤工作面围岩采动响应进行了数值模拟,分析了煤层顶底板位移及工作面断面垂直应力的分布情况。研究结果表明:石门工作面2~6 m区域为应力峰值区,应力集中系数为1.29~1.39,且应力集中系数的大小与石门和煤层之间的距离成反比,并得出石门揭煤过程中井巷周边应力的分布规律。根据数值模拟结果,在石门揭煤工作面采用金属骨架超前支护的防突措施,取得了较好效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper taking No.3 coal seam in Changcun Coal Mine as the research object,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to simulate the mining response of the surrounding rock in the working face of rock cross-cut uncovering of No.3 coal seam in this mine,the displacement of roof and floor of coal seam and the distribution of vertical stress in the working face were analyzed.The results show that the stress peak area is in the region that from 2 m to 6 m in rock cross-cut working face,and the stress concentration coefficient is from 1.29 to 1.39,furthermore,the stress concentration coefficient is inversely proportional to the distance between rock cross-cut and coal seams,the distribution law of the surrounding stress in the course of rock cross-cut uncovering is obtained.According to the results of numerical simulation,the anti-protrusion measures of metal skeleton advanced support adopted in the working face of the rock cross-cut uncovering obtain good effect.
