沙吉海煤业B6101工作面火区隔离及其效果分析

Fire Zone Isolation and Its Effect Analysis in Shajihai Coal B6101 Working Face

  • 摘要: 沙吉海煤业B6101工作面煤自燃后,在地面封闭了4个井筒。为了尽快启封井筒,制订了从地面打钻孔灌注天固封堵材料隔离B6101工作面火区的方案。该火区隔离方案实施后,通过分析火区隔离前后钻孔内和回风立井内CO、O2等气体体积分数和内外压差的变化情况,结果表明火区隔离效果较好。B6101工作面火区的有效隔离,确保了矿井及时启封和矿井设备安全。

     

    Abstract: Four shafts on the ground were closed after the coal spontaneous fire of Shajihai Coal B6101 working face, in order to unseal the shaft as soon as possible, the scheme of drilling down and pouring the Tiangu sealing material from the ground to isolate B6101 working face sealed fire area was established.The CO and O2 gas concentration changes, as well as the internal and external pressure difference were analyzed before and after the isolation of fire zone in the borehole and return air shaft. The result showed that the fire area isolation was good.Effective isolation of the B6101 workface fire zone contributed to ensuring safety of mine equipment and unsealing mine timely.
