深井小煤柱沿空掘巷整体耦合让压支护实践研究

Practice Research on Small Coal Pillar Overall Coupling Yielding Support for Gob-side Entry Driving in Deep Mine

  • 摘要: 针对正通煤业小煤柱沿空掘巷原有支护设计不能满足生产要求,顶板和两帮出现较大变形等问题,分析了原有支护设计主要存在的问题及巷道支护的关键点,提出巷道整体耦合让压支护技术,实现锚杆锚索和围岩的变形耦合、锚杆锚索变形耦合、锚杆锚索的让压协调受力,设计出耦合让压锚杆+耦合让压锚索+焊接网+W钢带联合支护系统,数值模拟与巷道监测结果表明,采用耦合让压支护的顶板与两帮位移稳定值分别为90、70 mm,有效地控制了围岩变形,满足了安全生产要求。

     

    Abstract: To counter the problems that the original support design for gob-side entry driving with small coal pillars can't meet the production requirements in Zhengtong Mine and the large deformation appears in the roof and two sides of the roadway, the main problems existing in the original supporting design and the key points of the roadway support were analyzed, and the overall coupling yielding support technique for roadways was put forward, which realized the deformation coupling of the rock bolt, the cable anchor and the surrounding rock, the deformation coupling of the rock bolt and the cable anchor and the yielding and coordinating stress of the rock bolt and the cable anchor. Based on these, a combined support system of the coupling yielding bolts + coupling yielding cable anchor + welding net+W steel belt was designed. The numerical simulation and the monitoring results in the roadway showed that the stable displacement values of the roof and two sides of the roadway with coupling yielding support were respectively 90 mm and 70 mm, which effectively controlled the deformation of the surrounding rockand met the requirementsfor safe production.
