Abstract:
In order to reduce the social impact and losses caused by the major accidents in coal mines and constantly improve the effectiveness and maneuverability of the mine emergency plans, a mine emergency plan evaluation indicator system tallying with the actual situation of the mine was designed according to the actual condition and evaluation requirements of the mine emergency management system, the analytic hierarchy process was used to complete the assignment of the evaluation indicators. An evaluation method based on the improved grey system was put forward and then used for the evaluation of the gas explosion emergency plan in Changcun Coal Mine. The results showed that as compared with the emergency exercise, this method was beneficial to operation and cost saving, and as compared with other evaluation methods, it can greatly reduce the subjective impact caused by several experts' evaluation, so it is of certain guiding significance for improving the effectiveness and maneuverability of the mine emergency plan.
