高抽巷瓦斯抽采参数及异常特征研究

Research on the Parameters and Abnormal Characteristics of Gas Drainage in High Level Drainage Roadway

  • 摘要: 介绍了高抽巷瓦斯抽采的相关理论,结合现场实际确定了合理的高抽巷瓦斯抽采参数,包括抽采负压、抽采层位和水平距离。研究结果表明:负压过大或过小都不利于高抽巷瓦斯抽采,负压在12~15 kPa内较为合适;根据现场观测,高抽巷布置在距煤层顶板49~54 m时瓦斯抽采效果较好;基于“O”形圈理论,水平距离确定为35.1 m。针对高抽巷瓦斯抽采过程中出现的异常现象,分析了其产生的原因,间接证明了所选参数的合理性。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced the theory of gas drainage in high level drainage roadway, the reasonable gas drainage parameters in high level drainage roadway was determined combined with site experience, including negative pressure, drainage horizon and horizontal distances. The results showed that the negative pressure either too high or too low is not conducive to gas drainage in high level drainage roadway, the appropriate range of it is from 12 kPa to 15 kPa.According to the field observation, the gas drainage effect is good when the distance from high level drainage roadway to the roof of the coal seam is between 49 m to 54 m.Based on the "O" ring theory, the horizontal distance is determined as 35.1 m.In view of the abnormal phenomenon of gas drainage during the drainage process in high level drainage roadway, the reason of it was analyzed, and the rationality of the selected parameters is proved indirectly.
