煤层气水平井弱凝胶钻井液体系的应用研究

Application of Weak Gel Drilling Fluid System in CBM Horizontal Wells

  • 摘要: 为解决晋城潘庄区块15号煤层水平井不易成孔、井壁易坍塌等施工难题,采用煤层气井井下观测、钻井液材料优选实验、钻井液体系室内评价实验等研究方法,对煤层气水平井弱凝胶钻井液体系进行了优化研究,并在SHH02-4水平井进行了现场应用试验,结果表明:采用弱凝胶钻井液体系能保证安全钻进,且残渣易降解、污染小,相对于周边L形井钻井周期缩短了6%,水平段钻井长度增加了190 m,该井在排采初期日产煤层气1 320 m3,有望实现高产,说明弱凝胶钻井液体系在煤层气水平井中具有良好的适用性。

     

    Abstract: The 15# coal seam horizontal well in Jincheng Pangzhuang Block is difficult to form holes and shaft walls are liable to collapse, in order to solve these difficulties, research methods such as downhole observation of CBM well, optimization experiment of drilling fluid material and indoor evaluation experiment of drilling fluid system were adopted to optimize the weak gel drilling fluid system of horizontal CBM well, and the field application test was carried out in SHH02-4 horizontal well. The results show that weak gel drilling fluid system can ensure safe drilling, the residue is easy to degrade and has little pollution, the drilling cycle is 6% shorter than that of surrounding L - shaped wells, the horizontal drilling length is increased by 190 m, the well produced 1 320 m3 of CBM per day at the initial stage of drainage and production, it will be expected to achieve high production. The results show that weak gel drilling fluid system has good applicability in CBM horizontal wells.
