瑞安煤矿双巷束管监测技术优化及采空区“三带”划分

Optimization of Double-gateway Bundle Tube Monitoring Technology and Division of“Three Zone”in Gob of Ruian Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 鉴于不完善的束管监测技术可能影响监测结果,导致数据监测不准确,影响工作面采空区“三带”划分的准确性,以瑞安煤矿014N-11综放工作面为研究对象,应用双巷束管监测技术来监测气体浓度,利用ORIGIN软件对监测数据进行处理,得到各测点O2浓度的变化规律和采空区“三带”划分范围。结果表明:改进的双巷束管监测技术切实可行,提升了有效监测时间和数据准确率; 推算出014N-11综放工作面氧化自燃带的最大宽度为37.7 m,工作面最小极限推进速度为3.25 m/d。

     

    Abstract: Imperfect bundle tube monitoring technology may affect the monitoring results,lead to inaccurate data monitoring and influence the accuracy of the“three-zone”division in the gob of working face,in this paper,014N11fully-mechanized top-coal caving face in Ruian Coal Mine was taken as the research odject,double-gateway bundle tube monitoring technology was used to monitor the gas concentration,the ORIGIN software was used to process the monitoring data,and finally the variation rule of oxygen concentration at each measuring point and the scope of spontaneous combustion“three-zone”division in the gob of the working face were obtained.The results showed that the improved double-gateway bundle tube monitoring technology was feasible,it improved the effective monitoring time and data accuracy; in the Ruian Coal Mine,the maximum width of the spontaneous combustion zone in 014N1-1fully-mechanized top-coal caving face was 37.7 m and the minimum limit advancing speed of the working face was 3.25 m/d.
