煤炭城市产业生态系统生态效率与提升潜力评价

Evaluation of Ecological Efficiency and Promotion Potential ofIndustrial Ecosystem in Coal City

  • 摘要: 我国正处在能源短缺、原材料价格上涨、矿区生态环境日趋严重的背景下,生态效率问题已成为煤炭城市产业生态系统(CCIES)可持续发展桎梏。基于超越对数生产函数,采用随机前沿分析法对我国CCIES生态效率与提升潜力进行评价和分析,并运用K-Means算法对28个CCIES进行聚类分析。研究结果表明:区域之间生态效率差异明显;能源价格、技术创新和市场化水平对煤炭城市生态效率具有显著影响。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the energy shortage, the raw material price rising and the deteroration of the ecological environment in coal mining areas, the ecological efficiency has become the shackles of the sustainable development of coal city industrial ecosystem (CCIES).Based on the translog production function, analysis and evaluation were carried out in this paper on the ecological efficiency and promotion potential of CCIES in our country by stochastic frontier analysis, and by using K-Means algorithm, clustering analysis was made on 28 CCIES. The results showed:the regional ecological efficiency has an obvious difference, and the energy price, technological innovation and marketization level have a significant impact on the coal city ecological efficiency.
