节能型气动低温磁化水降尘系统的设计与分析

Design and Analysis of Energy-saving Pneumatic Low-temperature Magnetizd Water Dedusting System

  • 摘要: 为降低煤矿井下工作面的粉尘浓度和高温热害的影响,设计出一种以降尘为主、降温为辅的节能型低温磁化水降尘系统,并利用喷雾试验装置对该系统进行了模拟试验。结果表明:随着试验水压的增加,相对降尘率先增高后降低,磁感应强度对降尘率的影响也呈现类似趋势;当试验水压达到 2~3 MPa,磁感应强度达到170 mT 时,系统的磁化效果最佳。该系统实现了矿井高温工作面降温、降尘的双重目标,水的利用率也得到大幅提高。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the influence of dust concentration and high temperature thermal damage in working face of underground coal mine, an energy-saving and low-temperature magnetized water dedusting system was designed, which taking dust removal as the main part and cooling as the auxiliary. The results show that with the increase of water pressure, the relative precipitation decreases after the first increase, the effect of magnetic induction intensity on dust removal rate also shows a similar trend; when the test water pressure is from 2 MPa to 3 MPa and the magnetic induction intensity reaches 170 mT, the magnetization effect of the system is the best. The system achieves the dual goals of cooling and dust removal in the high-temperature working face of the mine, and the utilization rate of water is greatly improved.
