不同围岩条件下U型钢支架关键加固位置的研究

Research on Key Reinforcement Position of U-shaped Steel Support under Different Surrounding Rock Conditions

  • 摘要: 基于普氏压力拱理论和力法原理,提出巷道支护中U型钢支架的力学模型,研究了U型钢支架的承载特性和加固技术,分析了U型钢支架关键加固位置与岩石内摩擦角之间的关系。研究结果表明:U型钢支架横截面的弯矩主要与巷道围岩的垂直压力、水平压力、巷道断面尺寸、弹性模量、岩体重力密度、冒落拱底宽、岩石抗压强度和坚固性系数等因素有关;U型钢支架关键加固位置与岩石内摩擦角、冒落拱底宽有关;U型钢支架拱梁关键加固位置介于65°~71°之间,随着岩石内摩擦角的增大,拱梁关键加固位置距拱顶变远;U型钢支架腿柱关键加固位置在0~1.01 m内,腿柱关键加固位置随着岩石内摩擦角的增大而逐渐下移。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, based on Protodyakonov’s pressure arch theory, the mechanical model of U-shaped steel support used for roadway support was proposed, the bearing capacity and reinforcement technology of the U-shaped steel support were studied, and the relation between the key reinforement position of the U-shaped steel support and the internal friction angle of the rock was analyzed. The research results showed that the sectional bending moment of the U-shaped steel support was mainly related to both the vertical and horizontal pressure of the surrounding rock, the sectional size of the roadway, the elasticity modulus, the gravity density of rock, the width of the caving arch, the compressive strength and solid coefficient of the rock and so on; the key reinforcement position of the U-shaped steel support was related to the internal friction angle of rock and the bottom width of the caving arch; the key reinforcement position of the arched beam of the U-shaped support was between 65° and 71°, and with the increase of the internal frriction angle of rock, the key reinflorcement position of the arched beam was far from the arched beam; the key reinforcement position of the U-shaped support leg was between 0 m and 1.01 m. and gradually shifted down with the increase of the internal friction angle of rock.
