新集二矿顶板定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采效果试验研究

Experimental Study of Gas Drainage Effect by Roof Long Directional Boreholes in Xinji No 2. Mine

  • 摘要: 为研究顶板定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术的效果及投资成本,针对新集二矿煤层赋存条件及瓦斯抽采需求,结合该矿210100工作面现场试验的观测结果,分析了顶板定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采效果,并与其他顶板瓦斯抽采技术进行了对比。现场试验数据分析表明:在同等瓦斯治理效果条件下,顶板定向长钻孔治理回采工作面瓦斯技术,其投资比顶板高抽巷节约44.8%、工期缩短30.0%,比顶板高位钻孔投资略少、工期缩短47.5%。试验表明,布置顶板定向长钻孔治理回采工作面瓦斯的技术方案性价比较高。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect and investment cost of gas drainage by roof long directional boreholes, analysis was carried out in this paper on the gas drainage effect by roof long directional boreholes according to the occurrence conditions of coal seams, the gas drainage requirements and the observation results in 210100 working face in Xinji No.2 Mine, and the comparison was made with other roof gas drainage technologies.The analysis of the site test data showed that under the same gas drainage conditions, the investment cost of using roof long directional boreholes to drain the gas in the working face saved 44.8% and construction period shortened 30.0% as compared to that of gas drainage by high-level roadway; and the investment coat of gas drainage by roof long directional boreholes was slightly less and the construction period shortened 47.5% as compared to that of gas drainage by high-position boreholes. The tests showed that the gas drainage technology by roof long directional boreholes had high costly with price lower.
