井巷除湿降温风流温度分布模型计算研究

Calculation and Research on the Temperature Distribution Model of Dehumidification and Cooling Airflow in Roadway

  • 摘要: 为有效控制井下热害问题,考虑井巷中水分蒸发吸热对风流温度分布的影响,研究风流除湿降温效果。采用最小二乘法拟合水分蒸发量随岩壁温度变化的函数,作为求解风流含湿量的基础方程,建立井巷除湿降温的有限差分法数值模拟模型,应用Matlab软件编写了仿真程序进行计算,给出计算的稳定性和收敛性条件。计算结果表明,水分蒸发量是影响风流温度分布的重要因素,受水分蒸发的影响,围岩传递给空气的热量并不一定会使风流温度上升;当采取除湿降温的复合制冷方法后,风流降温迅速,且在相当长的一段巷道中保持持续降温的效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively control underground thermal damage, considering the influence of water evaporation and heat absorption on air flow temperature distribution in roadway, studying the dehumidification and cooling effect of air flow, the function of moisture evaporation changing with rock wall temperature was fitted by the least square method as the basic equation to solve the moisture content in air flow, the finite difference method numerical simulation model for the dehumidification and cooling of roadway was established. Matlab software was used to write a simulation program for calculation, and the stability and convergence conditions were given. The calculation results show that moisture evaporation is an important factor affecting air flow temperature distribution,under the influence of water evaporation, the heat transferred from the surrounding rock to the air does not necessarily increase the air temperature; when the combined cooling method of dehumidification and cooling is adopted, the airflow cools rapidly and the effect of continuous cooling is maintained for a long period in roadway.
