废旧巷道可燃物自燃特性研究

Study on spontaneous combustion characteristics of combustible materials in abandoned roadways

  • 摘要: 以废旧巷道内原煤、朽木、浸水煤及其混合物等可燃物为研究对象,通过程序升温氧化与热分析实验,系统对比了不同可燃物在不同混合条件下的氧化活性、气体生成规律与热行为特性。结果表明:朽木的氧化活性显著高于煤样,其O2消耗量与CO生成量更大;浸水风干处理后的煤样氧化反应增强,CO初始生成温度提前10℃,且14号煤受浸水影响更显著。煤-朽木混合样品中,朽木比例越高,混合物的着火点温度越低,最大降幅达155℃,CO生成量越高(14号煤和朽木1 ∶ 1混合时增大122%),表明朽木对煤自燃具有显著促进作用。研究成果为废旧巷道火灾防控提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: This study investigates the spontaneous combustion characteristics of combustible materials commonly found in abandoned mine roadways,including raw coal,decayed wood,water-soaked coal,and their mixtures. Programmed temperature oxidation and thermal analysis experiments were conducted to systematically compare the oxidative reactivity, gas generation behavior,and thermal response of these materials under various mixing conditions. The results indicate that decayed wood exhibits significantly higher oxidative activity than coal samples,with greater O2 consumption and CO production. Water soaking followed by air drying enhances the oxidation reactivity of coal,lowering the initial CO generation temperature by 10 ℃, with Coal No. 14 being particularly susceptible to this effect. In coal – decayed wood mixtures, an increase in the proportion of decayed wood reduces the ignition temperature by up to 155 ℃ and promotes CO generation—by 122% in the 1 ∶ 1 mixture— demonstrating a pronounced catalytic effect of decayed wood on coal spontaneous combustion. These findings provide a theoretical basis for fire prevention in abandoned roadways.
