Abstract:
Co-mining Technology of Coal and Geothermal Energy can not only solve the high temperature problem in deep mines, but also promote the green,low-carbon,and high-quality development of coal mining areas. This study summarized the distribution characteristics of geothermal resources in coal mining areas and discussed four coal thermal collaborative mining technologies based on mine waste heat utilization, medium and deep geothermal development, deep well cooling, and filling. This study proposed the difficulties and challenges faced by coal-thermal collaborative mining, including unclear conditions for geothermal resource occurrence in coal mining areas, and the need to improve the coal thermal collaborative mining technology and systematic policies and technical standards related to coal thermal collaborative mining. Suggestions have been put forward to promote the further development of coal thermal collaborative development technology, including deepening research on the basic theory of coal thermal collaborative mining, research and development of coal thermal collaborative mining technology, determination of coal thermal collaborative mining technology models in different mining areas, and research on coal thermal collaborative mining throughout entire life cycle of coal mines, providing useful reference and inspiration for the collaborative mining of coal and geothermal resources in China.
