基于串联反激的矿用电源设计

Design of mining power supply based on series connection flyback

  • 摘要: 针对目前宽输入电压范围矿用电源结构复杂、开关管的电压应力较高、转换效率低等问题,提出一种矿用串联反激变换器设计方案:采用反激变换器简化电路,通过四级反激变换器串联方式降低开关管电压应力,同时建立负反馈控制系统,采用Ⅱ型补偿器提升转换效率,并增加电源的隔离部件电路保护机制以保障矿用电源的可靠隔离。试验结果表明:在1 300 V输入电压条件下,一路开关管两端电压仅为521 V,低于开关管耐压值,且留有30%裕量;电源输出电压的最大误差仅为0.5%,周期与随机偏移峰峰值不超过114 mV,电源转换效率高达91.6%;耐压试验最大漏电流为1.624 mA,绝缘电阻不小于50 MΩ,满足相关国家标准要求。

     

    Abstract: At present,the structure of mining power supply with wide input voltage range is complicated,the voltage stress of switching tube is high,and the conversion efficiency is low. In order to solve these problems,a design scheme of mining series connection flyback converter was proposed. This scheme used a flyback converter to simplify the circuit, adopts a series connection of four-stage flyback converters to reduce the voltage stress on the switching tubes. At the same time,the negativefeedback control system was established and the type II compensator is used to improve the conversion efficiency,and the circuit protection mechanism of the isolation components of the power supply was added to ensure the reliable isolation of the mining power supply. The test results show that under the input voltage condition of 1 300 V,the voltage across one-way switching tube is only 521 V,which is lower than the withstand voltage of the switching tube,with a 30% margin left. The maximum error of the power output voltage is only 0. 5%,and the peak-to-peak value of the periodic and random offset does not exceed 114 mV, and the power conversion efficiency is as high as 91. 6%. The maximum leakage current in the voltage-withstand test is 1. 624 mA,and the insulation resistance is not less than 50 MΩ,meeting the the relevant standard requirements.
