以孔代巷瓦斯治理技术体系研究与工程实践

Research and engineering practice of gas control technology system with hole instead of roadway

  • 摘要: 为提高煤层瓦斯治理的效率与效果,实现煤矿瓦斯治理由“治得住”向“治得好、治得快、治得省”的转变,采用理论分析、室内实验、现场实践等方法,总结了以孔代巷瓦斯治理技术体系及应用效果,阐明了以孔代巷瓦斯治理技术涵义,划分了5种以孔代巷瓦斯治理技术类型,提出了5种技术类型选用时的适用条件,明确了5种技术类型现场技术实施要求及其关键技术参数,形成了相对完善的以孔代巷瓦斯治理技术体系。现场工程实践表明,利用以孔代巷瓦斯治理技术,可实现区域突出危险性预测、区域防突措施实施、工作面采动卸压和邻近层瓦斯拦截抽采等目标,进一步验证了以孔代巷瓦斯治理技术体系的可行性与可操作性。研究成果可为以孔代巷瓦斯治理技术在现场的应用推广提供支持与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of coal seam gas control, this study aims to shift the focus from reactive to proactive governance strategies.We summarize the technology system and application outcomes of using boreholes instead of roadways for gas control, drawing on theoretical analysis, laboratory experiments, and field practices.By defining the concept of gas control via boreholes, we categorize five types of such technologies, propose conditions for selecting each type, and outline the implementation requirements and key technical parameters for field application.This has resulted in a well-rounded technical system for gas control using boreholes.Field practices demonstrate that this approach enables accurate regional outburst risk prediction, effective prevention measures, mining pressure relief, and efficient gas drainage from adjacent layers.The feasibility and practicality of using boreholes for gas control have been confirmed.Our findings provide valuable insights and guidance for accelerating the adoption and promotion of borehole-based gas control technologies in the industry.
